常見問題

作品存到哪裡？
存在 App 裡；按「存到手機」會存進「照片」App。允許完整照片權限時，會放進每個孩子專屬的相簿。

照片會上傳嗎？
不會傳給我們。所有處理都在您的 iPhone 上完成。完整版可以開啟「iCloud 同步」，作品會存到您自己的 iCloud（我們看不到）。詳見隱私權政策。

iCloud 同步怎麼用？
買了完整版後，在「設定 › iCloud 同步」打開（預設會打開，第一次會先說明）。用同一個 Apple 帳號的 iPhone、iPad 都會看到作品；開關在下次打開 App 時生效（從背景把 App 滑掉再打開）。關掉同步不會刪掉手機上的作品。不同 Apple 帳號之間不會同步。如果在 App 開著時登出 iCloud，iOS 會先把已同步的作品從這支手機移開，重新登入同一個帳號就會回來；還沒上傳完成的作品或修改可能會遺失，登出前請先連上網路、等同步完成（設定頁顯示「已同步」）。換成別的 Apple 帳號後，同步會暫停（為了不刪掉手機上的作品）；換回原本的帳號就會繼續。要改用新帳號，請先關閉 iCloud 同步並來信聯絡我們。

淡色的蠟筆被洗掉了？
在「調整」裡把「保護淡色」調高，或把「紙張變白」調低。

Photograph your child’s drawings and crafts. Drawings are straightened and their yellowed paper turned white; crafts are cut out from the table. Everything is organized by child, age, and semester.

Photo tips

Drawings: get the whole sheet in the frame, with a little table showing around it. Try not to let the phone’s shadow fall on the paper.
Crafts: use a plain table and leave space around the piece, away from the edges of the frame.
If the corners are off, drag the four dots in “Crop.” If it’s the wrong way round, rotate it.

FAQ

Where are my artworks saved?
In the app. “Save to Photos” adds them to the Photos app; with full Photos access, each child gets their own album.

Are my photos uploaded?
Never to us. Everything is processed on your iPhone. With the Full Version you can turn on iCloud Sync, which keeps artworks in your own iCloud (we can’t see them). See the Privacy Policy.

How does iCloud Sync work?
After buying the Full Version, turn it on in Settings › iCloud Sync (it’s on by default, with a short explanation the first time). Your artworks appear on any iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account. Changes take effect the next time you open the app (swipe it away and open it again). Turning sync off never deletes artworks on the phone. Different Apple Accounts don’t sync with each other. If you sign out of iCloud while the app is open, iOS removes the synced artworks from that phone; they come back when you sign in with the same account. Artworks or changes not uploaded yet may be lost, so before signing out, connect to the internet and wait until Settings shows “Up to date.” If you switch to a different Apple Account, syncing pauses (so nothing on the phone is deleted) and resumes when you switch back. To use the new account instead, turn off iCloud Sync and write to us.

Pale crayon got washed out?
In “Adjust,” raise “Protect Pale Colors” or lower “Whiten Paper.”
