In Settings, set Graphics to Medium or Low, or turn on Power saver. With Graphics on Auto, the app adjusts to your phone's performance.
Go to Settings → Controls and adjust steering sensitivity (×0.6 to ×1.6). It applies to both the touch wheel and tilt steering. You can also swap the pedals left and right.
Both work. Landscape is wider and easier with two hands; portrait works with one hand. The app asks the first time, and you can change it later in Settings.
The app follows your device language: Traditional Chinese on a Chinese-language phone, English otherwise. To change it, go to Settings → Text → Language.
Grades and progress are stored only on this device. There are no accounts and we have no cloud servers, but your iPhone/iCloud device backup may include the app's progress file, so restoring a backup to a new phone may bring your progress back. Deleting the app deletes the progress on this phone.
Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new phone, open the app, and tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings → About (it's also on the unlock sheet). The app also checks with the App Store every time it starts. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Check your connection and tap Retry. Purchases are also blocked if In-App Purchases are restricted in Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.
No. The Pre-Trip Practice Certificate is only a record of your practice in this app. It isn't an official license or qualification.
